You can apply for a criminal record check at the Embassy of Afghanistan in London if you have resided or worked in Afghanistan

2. Book an appointment online

What documents you need to apply

Afghan Nationals

• Duly completed and signed CRC Application Form
• One standard passport size photo
• Copy of Tazkera (it is very essential)
• Copy of Passport and UK Visa
• Any reference/documents from previous assignments in Afghanistan
• Proof of Address
• For Fingerprints – check the sample below

Non- Afghan Nationals

• Duly completed and signed CRC Application Form
• One standard passport size photo
• Proof of ID
• Proof of Address
• Visa Stamp copies from previous visits to Afghanistan
• Any reference/documents from previous assignments in Afghanistan
• For Fingerprints – check the sample here

Fees

• £80 for Afghan nationals
• £160.00 for non Afghans (We do not accept cash payments- CARD ONLY)
